Casserole with mushrooms, apples

This time the recipe is not quite normal, first and foremost, a bold combination of mushrooms and apples. We were cooking this dishes for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with the result. We liked it!



For 4 servings:

  • 400 g of fresh porcini mushrooms
  • 200 g apples (preferably sour varieties)
  • 1 onion
  • a few fresh sage leaves
  • 125 ml whipped cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper
  • butter for greasing forms
 

Preheat the oven to 180°. Form for baking grease with butter.
Onion finely chop. In skillet, heat sunflower oil and fry the sage leaves.

Sage to take out and dry with paper towel. In a sage butter spasserovat onions. Set aside.

Mushrooms sort, clean. Have apples cut serdtsevina. Mushrooms and apples cut into slices of approximately the same size and lightly sprinkle with lemon juice.

Put layers in a baking dish.

Cream, lightly beat the egg, add the fried onions. Season with salt and pepper. Pour this mixture mushrooms. Put the leaves of sage.

Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
