Sushi scramble: easy recipe exotic dishes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 0.5 bunch green onions

  • 1 tsp corn flour

  • vegetable oil – for frying

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. In bowl, lightly beat the eggs with the sugar, salt and corn flour. In the frying pan with vegetable oil. Pour 1/4 of the egg mass. Fry 30 seconds. then flip the omelet to other side and cook for another 30 seconds. To shift to the dish. To cook 3 more omelettes. Allow them to cool down.

2. Spread in center of each omelet 1/4 rice, sliced pepper, chopped onions, watercress and diced salmon. Roll the omelet envelope.
