Amazing easy makovo-cheese cake

For those who loves distinctive taste of poppy seeds in cakes! Cake moderately sweet. Very tasty, light cake with a delicate cream and poppy seed taste.





Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs;
  • oat or wheat bran 6 tbsp;
  • Mac 30 gr.;
  • sah. samayel (I have packets of stevia);
  • 1 lemon;
  • 1 Cup milk;
  • low-fat cottage cheese 300g. (better soft).




How to cook:

1. Three eggs and three whites, beat 5 minutes Until thick foam.

2. Poppy and bran mix and add to eggs, mix well.

4. Pour the mass on a small baking tray lined with parchment paper and distribute.

5. Put into the oven for 7-8 min., preheated to 200 degrees.
