How to cook pancakes parsnip

How to prepare:

1. Parsnip root thoroughly wash under running water and peel with a vegetable peeler like a carrot. Grate parsnip grated. In total you should get one and a half cups of grated root, not very tightly compacted. This is about one large root.

2. Onions clean and finely chop. You can take one small onion or half a large. If you love onions, put more. Grind rosemary. If you have fresh, use it, but you can and dry. It is also necessary to grind. If you don't like rosemary, use other spices according to your taste.

Added to Certosa Pasternak three small or two large eggs, chopped onion and rosemary, well sprinkle with salt and pepper. Thoroughly mixed mass and to it add one tablespoon of vegetable oil, it is better without the smell. The mixture should be like potato pancakes, but not too thick.
