Flood, flooded England, all gaining momentum. On some streets the water level reached the level of two meters. 40 thousand people were left without electricity, 150,000 are deprived of drinking water. Residents in a panic throw home and food supplies are running into areas still free from flooding. Due to the fact that many of the city almost deserted, in England thrives looting.
