While the project is known not too much. It is noted that the electric car will be based on the advanced electric modular platform Volkswagen MEB. She, recall, is the basis of the concept of BUDD-e, which debuted in January of this year.

The goal is to create a fully electric car with a power reserve of more than 480 km and the ability to quickly recharge the battery pack. Incidentally, the latter will be located in the floor area that will allow you to optimally use the available space in the cabin and Luggage compartment.

The engine is combined with six-speed DSG transmission that transmits torque to the front wheels. A second electric motor up to 115 HP with a torque of 270 N·m drives the rear axle. Front and rear axle are controlled independently from each other, thus, the vehicle equipped with intelligent all-wheel drive system that requires no mechanical clutch. Li-ion battery with a capacity of 12.4 kWh located in front of the rear axle. published
