I think on the pictures of the house it is clear that he was already sitting:-). 2 years ago the court in Azerbaijan sentenced a former health minister Ali Insanov to 11 years in prison. Insanov was arrested three weeks before the parliamentary elections in 2005, he was accused of corruption. The court also decided to confiscate the property of ex-minister in the amount of $ 17 million.
