Doohan iTank: three-wheeled electric scooter with the character of the crossover

Kickstarter has launched a campaign to collect funds for a three-wheeled electric moped Doohan EV3 iTank. It is the brainchild of Katrina Frame (Kartik Ram), Creator of the electric bike Zeitgeist Beta X, presented in the spring. RAM is confident that in the future people will move to more mobile forms of transport and will prefer the three-wheeled systems.
ITank a motorized scooter equipped with a motor from Bosch and lithium-ion batteries that fully charge in 6 hours. The scooter can accelerate up to 45 km/h in 4.6 seconds. The reserve is 100 km away, but according to the developers, can reach 160 km.
According to the author of the project, iTank is the ideal form of transport for both urban spaces and areas where it is inconvenient to travel by car but do not want to walk. Small alleys, courtyards, coastal zones, trailer parks and Golf courses are best suited for use of three-wheeled moped. If necessary, the vehicle can climb a hill at 15 degrees, but for maximum mileage it is advisable to ride it on flat terrain.
RAM plans to occupy a niche, which failed to win a Segway. Several elektromodul iTank already ordered Amazon. They are also negotiating with the police departments, private security companies and private companies, for example, from Camping World.
