  • 1 medium eggplant
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1/2 tsp. of the mixture of Provencal herbs


Cooking
  1. Eggplant wash, cut off the edges. Cut into rings with a thickness of 1 cm and send it in cold, salted water for a few minutes to get rid of the bitterness.
  2. Remove the eggplant from the water, Obasi on a paper towel. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 180 degrees.
