That's such an unusual fish caught recently in Chelyabinsk. Caught unusual creature builders who put in the water some facilities. At one point they heard something splashing in the water, and have decided that this is a common fish. That it does not interfere, they decided to pull the creature out. So far, no one has any assumptions about the origin of this fish, but judging by the shell, fish has prehistoric roots.
