How to cook a tasty and healthy nut fudge

Walnut fudge is prepared in just a few minutes and is ideal for all fans of homemade sweets.

Sweet-based paste of walnuts




Ingredients:

3 cups raw walnuts (or almonds)
2 cups chopped coconut pulp chips blender (you can partially replace or add coconut oil)
½ cup liquid sweetener (agave syrup or honey Jerusalem artichoke)
½ cup carob powder
You can add coconut oil for soft and even greater feeling of "melting in the mouth».
How to cook:

Nuts to pass through a food processor chopper to the state of the nut butter (or use a ready-made, in the case of almonds).

Mix the bulk ingredients, then add peanut butter.

Pour the sweetener mix, send in the cold to freeze in a glass baking pan (or in the capacity of silicone).

Syroednaya chocolate fudge



Ingredients:

1 cup (200 mL) peanut butter (almond or cashew + salt, carefully read the part - there should be no additives!)
½ cup not roasted or raw carob powder, cocoa
¼ cup coconut oil
a pinch of sea salt
You can add half a cup of pine nuts (optional)

How to cook:
Cool in the refrigerator in a small container (curled on what I want to get the height of the layer).

Either:

1/3 cup peanut butter (almond or cashew)
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/8 cup agave nectar, Jerusalem artichoke syrup or honey
1/4 cup cocoa
crude oil a pinch of salt

How to cook:

1. Melt the cocoa butter to a minimum the fire,
2. Stir in weight cocoa powder, salt, sweetener so that it does not lump
3. Stir in the mass of peanut butter
4. Pour the ground in a small container (to a frozen mass of "thick" layer).
5. Send mass in the fridge to harden
