Cheese Paste (recipe 3)



BASIS
3 cups almonds (soaked for 24 hours, in order to stop the enzyme inhibition and add tenderness)
1 cup pine nuts
1 lemon (juiced)
1/4 cup water

1. garlic and peppermint PASTA WITH ROSEMARY
2 teeth of garlic (from chesnokodavilku)

Rosemary (dry spice) - 1 teaspoon - permolot

2. SOLAR-tomato-peppermint PASTA
1/2 tsp hot red pepper

1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup dried tomatoes (soften in water and cut)
