Salad with dried pumpkin and radish sprouts




100-150 grams of sweet orange pumpkin cut into thin strips, sprinkle with lemon juice 1/3, mixed with ½ tsp podvyalit honey and 3-4 hours in the dehydrator at a temperature of 40 degrees.

Cut strips:

1 bell pepper,

1 small cucumber.

Add a handful of peanuts, pre-soaked for a few hours and purified from the skin, and the same amount of green radish sprouts (or mustard).

Season with your favorite unrefined vegetable oil, add the lemon juice with honey if necessary. Sea salt and black pepper to taste and desire.
