Rolls with alfalfa



2 sheet of nori
1 zucchini
1 tomato
1 avocado
seedlings
Alfalfa sprouts
soy bean sprouts or
wasabi
soy sauce

Cut the tomatoes, avocado and zucchini slices.
On the cutting board to spread the nori sheets.
On the edge of the sheet next to uniformly turn put a layer of zucchini, tomato, avocado, bean sprouts and alfalfa.
Wrap the rolls. Start spinning off the edge, which is filling. It is desirable that you have twisted away. Try spinning tighter sealing fingers. When you get to the end, brush the edge with water and glue the edges of the nori.
Gently correct, if any vegetables are trying to slip out of the roll.
Take the sharpest knife (if necessary, sharpen) and cut the resulting video into even strips rolls.
When serving post soy sauce and wasabi.
