LINEN ROLL with vegetables and cheese with berry sauce.




Recipe:
For the pita:
Len Brown - 100g
Water - 130g
Honey - 25g
Lemon juice - 15g
Sea salt - 1d
Black pepper - 0.5g
Len grind into flour, add water, honey, juice, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and smear a thin layer of silicone sheet. Drying for 5 hours at 38 * C, gently inverted and then dried for another 1 hour.

For the filling:
Lollo Biondo-- 15g
Cucumber - 15g
Tomato - 20g
Avocado - 20g
Cheese with herbs Cashew - 40g
Mayonnaise from sunflower seeds - 15g

Vegetables cut into sticks, on pita bread spread with cheese, add mayonnaise, vegetables and lettuce. Tightly wrapped in a roll, cut, put on a plate. Decorate sauce of dried peppers, wild berry sauce, basil leaves.
