Albert Einstein studied the paranormal phenomena and telepathy

The fact that Einstein was fond of serious study of paranormal phenomena, baffled many scientists. In the 1920s, in the light goes «Mental radio» - a book about telepathy, written by prominent American writer Upton Sinclair, who has researched the phenomenon of physics at the amateur level. Albert Einstein wrote the foreword to this book. Einstein believed that the evidence found by Sinclair for the existence of extrasensory perception, can not be regarded as cheating or ignore. He even developed a mathematical formula that process. Scientists argue that the telepathic signal intensity decreases with increasing distance between the one who is sending this signal, and to those who receive it. That is what is happening to radio and television waves.

Possibility of extra contact between people led Einstein delighted. He liked to match their personal experience and guesswork attended sessions for this purpose, where the experiments were carried out on people with supernatural powers. In 1930 he took part in the experiment, put the German bank clerk Otto Reiman, who argued that he is able to describe a person, slide your finger on the text written by his hand. But, despite the fact that the experiments Reiman ended successfully a few times, did not convince Einstein's method of analysis of the unconscious, and he did not believe in the ability of mediums communicate with the spirits.
