Fairy apple strudel - dessert for those who adhere to a strict diet.

Apple Strudel - Austrian gourmet food, which is ideal for those who are dieting, since its composition does not include any animal or vegetable fats. Cooked home strudel get much tastier than those which you can order in a restaurant. Properly cooked, it turns out juicy, with a thin dough and delicious crisp. With all this it is a snap to prepare. Try it yourself, only to comply with all the recommendations.

Ingredients
2 sheets of puff pastry at room temperature; 2-3 large apples (preferably acidic); 1/2 ch. l. cinnamon; 2 tbsp. l. sugar; 2 tbsp. l. flour; half a cup of chopped nuts; 3 tbsp. l. brown sugar; 2 tbsp. l. regular sugar; 2 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs; 1 egg + 1 teaspoon of water. Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees.

2. Clean the apples, remove the core and we will cut them. Then put them in a bowl and mix with cinnamon, brown and conventional sugar, flour. Leave for 20 minutes to let apple juice.









3. In a separate container, mix the nuts, two kinds of sugar and biscuits. Roll out one dough sheet, prisyp his nut mixture and top with apple. Close stuffing, wrapped edges of the dough. Repeat with the second sheet and the remaining stuffing.





4. Then bend the edges of the rolls. Lay rolls on a baking sheet, previously laid out his paper. Brush the beaten egg and water. Make a lengthwise incision in each rolls.









5. Bake at 190 degrees 40-45 minutes until golden brown.





This wonderful strudel combined with ice cream or whipped cream, but if you strictly adhere to the diet, just eat a piece, drinking unsweetened tea. Enjoy your appetite!
