Kiwi Jam: Treat yourself to an exotic delicacy in the cold season!

Certainly each of us has a home at least a couple of jars of jam, stockpiled for the winter. This may be all the usual strawberry, raspberry or cherry jam, but rather invites you to cook an exotic delicacy - emerald jam kiwi and banana. It turns out not only delicious, but also has a very unusual emerald color. And here is the recipe for its preparation.

Ingredients:

5 kiwis; 1 banana; 1 h. liter. gelatin; 220 g sugar; half a lemon. Preparation:

1. we shall cut small slices of kiwi and banana.

2. Cut the fruit should be lightly mash.

3. Then add to them the sugar, gelatin and lemon juice.

4. Put the mixture on fire and boil it for about 7 minutes.

5. dec jars of jam.





This delicacy will be a great alternative to the usual jam. And you can, at any time of the year to enjoy a delicious emerald dessert made from exotic fruits for our latitude.
