1. Wash the zucchini and grate.
2. Cheese grate and mix with the zucchini.
3. Add the eggs and mix.
4. Flour connect with semolina and baking powder, vsyp in Pumpkin mass and mix.
5. Pour the milk, salt and pepper, pour the olive oil and mix.
6. The dough muffin with zucchini should have consistency like thick cream. If the dough is too liquid, add a little flour, and if too thick - a little milk.
7. The dough is laid out in the form of muffin and put in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
