In the world there are few things that can fit in the palm of your hand and there are tens of millions of dollars ... Of course the list includes diamonds. The New York auction organized by Sotheby's auction house, was sold to a diamond weighing 100 carats for 22.000.000 dollars !!! A colorless diamond was a step-cut emerald, becoming by far the biggest diamond with no visible flaws, ever put up for auction. The diamond was found on copies in South Africa owned by DeBeers, originally weighed 200 carats. Masters took a year to the jewel in the order (remove foreign inclusions, defective parts and to give proper symmetrical shape) before you put up for auction.
