In the vicinity of Valencia (Spain) near the elite field for the game of golf, there was an elegant house in the style of "minimalism". The structure of the elliptical shape is very organically combined with sickle pool and a semi-circular garden.





Under the leadership of the Spanish architectural practice Fran Silvestre Arquitectos was completed construction of a residential house «Balint house» in the suburb of Valencia. Streamlined shape and shadow in the form of a half moon cast by the house, in perfect harmony with a swimming pool with a garden of the same shape. Continuous facade visually masks the true size of a two-storey building.

Developing interior decoration designers have focused on the contrast of black and white shades. The ground floor layout is used «open space». Kitchen, living room, staircase connects in the same space.

Minimalist interior did not detract from the splendor of the house.

Huge stained glass windows offer beautiful views of the patio (small courtyard) with a swimming pool and a perfect lawn with garden.
