Funeral best friend

Soldier Kevin Elliott, was hit by a missile in Afghanistan. He was buried in his hometown of Dundee in Scotland. This guy in a green dress, Barry Delaney, Kevin's best friend. They made a bet, agreed that the funeral will come to each other in this way, he kept his word.
