Summer. It's time to leave. Who will hold their holiday in the country, who are in Turkey, Egypt, and who will go to travel across the expanses of the vast Russian. I want to open a series of articles, photo reports, allowing appreciate the beauty of our country. I would be glad if someone joins and write about their trip to Russia.
It just so happens that the majority of journeys for our family - a mountain. The Caucasus, the Himalayas, Khibiny, Crimea, etc. The same trip was originally planned as an easy adventure for five year old daughter that it was time to "attach" to active recreation. As a place of rest was chosen Perm region - there is something to see, and the rivers of Perm Krai organized rafting on catamarans and kayaks.

Our journey began with one of the wonders of Russia - Kungur ice cave.
This is a unique geological monument - one of the largest caves in the European part of Russia, the seventh in the world for gypsum cave extent. The length of the cave is about 5700 m, of which 1, 5 km equipped for visiting tourists.
Kungurskaya cave contains 58 caves, 70 lakes, 146 m. N. "Organ pipes" (the highest - in the grotto of ether, 22 m) - high-mines, reaching almost to the surface.
Another attraction we visited was the Museum of Wooden Architecture Khokhlovka.

This is the first in the Urals museum of wooden architecture in the open. It consists of 23 unique monument end XVII- first half of XX century.
The main part of our program - a five-day river rafting Chusova
Chusovaia - the most famous river Ural with rich and interesting history and spectacular scenery. The only river to make its passage of the slope of the Ural Mountains on the other.
