Once upon a time in the Soviet Union there was no cell phones, GPS, and computers with dual-core processor. But there were atomic beacon illuminating the shore of the Arctic Ocean. For these lighthouses was released limited edition miniature nuclear reactors that have been on these lighthouses successfully installed and running. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, as usual, all these objects and scored all the equipment and valuable materials were separated (including reactors), leaving what was left.
