Around four in the morning on Dec. 13, 2009, unknown attackers infiltrated Research Institute and opened an ATM that belongs to the bank "VTB 24" and Sberbank.
Criminals have stolen from the ATM cash. It is not known how much money stolen. What material damage, the result set. In fact the incident of abduction investigators opened a criminal case under article 158 of the Criminal Code - theft. In this article carries a maximum penalty of 10 years imprisonment.
