Bertone Birusa - concept car, whose architecture is based on the classic two-volume configuration thoroughbred GT (front engine, rear wheel drive, two seats), with elegant slope of the long bonnet and droplet shower.
The car is built on an aluminum chassis BMW Z8 with a V-shaped eight-cylinder engine producing 400 horsepower and a six-speed manual gearbox. The choice of the chassis is reflected in the interpretation of some parts of the project to identify the typical brand BMW.
To simplify access to anatomical seats, they automatically by electric, shifted back with the full opening of the door, returning to its original position when the doors are closed. The glass roof consists of two sliding panels that can completely hide in the trunk. Safety glass completely passing light retard ultraviolet radiation.
