Uglich - one of the oldest cities in the Upper Volga River, part of the "Golden Ring of Russia." The appearance of this small quiet town is surprisingly harmonious. There seemed to have merged and mighty Volga, and lush surrounding forests, and monuments - the magnificent creations of Russian architects.
