21 people died and 80 were wounded when a crowd of Egyptian Coptic Christians, leaving tonight from the church in Alexandria after the Christmas service, blew himself up in a suicide bomber. His improvised explosive device was packed with bolts and steel balls that were more wounded. Immediately after this part of the Copts rushed to a nearby mosque and tried to smash it. On the way the police and the Copts got major battle of Christians turned to the police special forces units.
Police blocked Christian youth group, armed with homemade machetes.

Virtually the entire day, the police guarding the building of the mosque attacks on Copts. Before serious clashes never came, but opposition in the form of small skirmishes continued.
