The task is simple: the government wants to create hothouse conditions for manufacturers of navigators Russian GLONASS system, just as import duties on foreign cars keep AvtoVAZ from bankruptcy. If foreign automakers began as a result of opening assembly plants in our country, the manufacturers of navigators offered another solution - to introduce into the existing device chips GLONASS. These navigators will be exempt from duties.
It should be noted that recently appeared in the sale of smartphones with support for GLONASS were very negatively the meeting of experts of the market of mobile electronics: Russian satellite signal proved unsustainable.
