In one of the tallest buildings in the European Union, which is being built in the Spanish city of Benidorm, the designers forgot to build an elevator. The twin towers were to become the new symbol of the popular Spanish resort on the Costa Blanca, Spanish newspaper El Pais.

The project almost from the first day pursued various failures. With the onset of the financial crisis, the development company went bankrupt and abandoned the project. After the resumption of work in 2011, at a construction site accident occurred: lift broke. Seriously injured 14 workers.



In January 2012, designers have discovered their mistake. But instead of trying to fix the flaw, they retired, no one said that at the Twin Towers there is a serious flaw, said the newsru.co.il.

To date, the construction of the towers on the 269 apartments completed by 95%. 35% of the apartments in the project have already been sold.
