One of the most exciting contemporary artists of our time, Korean Hu Du Ca (Do Ho Suh) created this great installation, which should be viewed up close. The glass plates are based on thousands of colorful miniature plastic figurines that support the glass hands and heads. Together they bear the weight of the visitor who steps on the floor.
Currently, the installation on display at Lehmann Maupin Gallery in Singapore Tyler Print Institute (STPI) until February 11, 2012.
