New unique museum recently opened in Ordos (Inner Mongolia, China). Ordos Museum designed by Beijing studio MAD architects.
It is built on top of a small hill and covered with metal plates, and the wavy surface protects it from weather changes. Another interesting feature of the facade - skylight, which transmits light, while the cabinet slots provide natural ventilation.
