Library Zutphen - a unique historical site in the east of the Netherlands. Interestingly, all the books that you can find securely chained to the shelves. That's because in the Middle Ages people began to learn to read, and advanced youth tried to dig at least some little book, but prints at that time were a luxury item. Therefore, young elite gathered in such places to educate ourselves.
